We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Pierro Chardonnay VR 2020
Pierro VR Chardonnay is the cream of the crop and mainly comes from the oldest vines planted in 1980. Hand picked and hand sorted and then gently cold pressed to release the finest free run juice which was fermented in Burgundian French oak barriques 70% of which were new and 30% one year old. Then matured in these barriques for 12 months with regular battonage and malolactic fermentation. It was bottled and then stored in their temperature controlled cellars to allow the wine to age gracefully before release.
Delicate but intense flavours and aromas with a long life ahead of it. Expect notes of citrus, stone fruit, honey and flowers. Powerful, well textured, toasty oak and an incredible finish. So pure and long. This might be the finest Chardonnay Pierro have made.
Only made on exceptional years and extremely limited.
