Robert Parker/Wine Advocate – Robert Parker - A dead ringer for a classy white Burgundy, the 2014 Chardonnay la Rinconada gives up lots of green citrus and mineral characteristics in a medium-bodied, firm, focused, chiseled and crystalline style. It still has bracing levels of acidity, but there’s solid texture and depth here, and this beauty will need time to come together. Give bottles 3-4 years and enjoy over the following decade.
