We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Ravera gives us density and power and a generous display of dark spice with tobacco and toasted hazelnut. The Ravera location was purchased by Paolo Scavino in 2015. With the 2016 vintage, now the 2nd Barolo Ravera from Paolo Scavino's fine forge from the highest wine-growing region of the cellars at 430 meters above sea level. The Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG presents itself with a bouquet of violets and red fruits. On the palate, the Paolo Scavino Ravera Barolo DOCG is balsamic and soft with notes of tobacco, white peach and cherry. Silky tannins and a powerful finish.
