We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

The high priest of tannin, the sagrantino grape is transformed by Keppell into a plush, focused, savoury, full-bodied, fine (and firm) tannic young wine ,worthy of extended time in the cellar. A striking herbal thread blends in with black fruits, plum, bramble, bracken, earth and truffle which, in itself, is a complex grouping and so very different. To be able to supply such a unique & extensive range of boutique wines, we don't hold much of the inventory. So with us, there is the added step of receiving the wine from our local suppliers before it is dispatched to you. Most orders are dispatched within 3-6 working days.

Savaterre Sagrantino 2018
The vineyard soil consists of ancient granitic “buckshot” over decomposed clay. These unique gravels are rich in minerals and provide excellent drainage whilst the clay provides some sustained water to the vines in summer. This ancient, poor soil naturally limits the cropping level to less than 4.5 tons per hectare. Our vineyard has been named in the top 25 vineyards in Australia.
