Davidson plum. Orange. Rosella. Mountain pepper. Bittersweet and enticingly tart, DAVO PLUM Aperitivo is a celebration of the Davidson plum 〔Davidsonia pruriens and Davidsonia jerseyana〕, a fruit that is native to the rainforests of northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland. The bright tartness of Davidson plum is sweetened by fresh orange and the floral notes of rosella. A hint of mountain pepper lingers, adding a subtle spice to the finish.

A vibrant and versatile take on the traditional European aperitivos, DAVO PLUM Aperitivo is perfect in a Davo Plum Spritz, Baby Turtle, Walnut & Davo Plum Negroni, or simply with a splash of soda.

As Autonomy products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. Once opened, store in a cool dark place. Contains sulphites.
