James Suckling – This seems like a Barolo with the orange-peel and plum character, as well as the firm and chewy tannins. Medium body. Tight and linear. Aged in casks and barrels. Savory and juicy now, but better in 2021.

About This Wine

Intense and ripe berry fruit along with mild and almost sweet tannins give this wine structure, fragrance and longevity. The wine is rich, full-bodied, with a hint of gentle toasting.
