MMAD Vineyard is the venture of four men, two of whom are Masters of Wine, the other two are some of the most highly regarded winemakers in the country with years of fine wine experience. The name MMAD comes from the first letter of the name of each member: Martin Shaw, Michael Hill Smith, Adam Wadewitz and David LeMire. The quartet has worked on the outstanding single vineyard developments of Tolpuddle Vineyard in Tasmania and Shaw + Smith wines in the Adelaide Hills.
They have come together at their amazing vineyard in Blewitt Springs and are already creating spectacular wines from their first vintage.
These wines are highly sought after.
