The medium-bodied palate has fantastic energy and freshness, featuring ripe, grainy tannins to support, finishing long and savory. 5,997 cases were made.”
Stonestreet Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a pure refection of their high-elevation vineyard estate, showcasing the wide variety of facings, soils and fora found on its primary ridge.
Intense cassis blackcurrant fruit with hints of pencil shavings, vanilla and flint. The palate has similar brambly fruit with cedar, spice, and a salty, granular minerality supporting a silky mouthfeel with bright fruit acidity and fresh firm tannins. The lasting finish has fresh sappy notes, more flinty minerality and hints of bitter chocolate.
