The climat "Les Quarts" is located in the heart of the village of Viré. The vines are more than 80 years old, which allows controlled yields and therefore wines of a beautiful density. The slow and natural vinification takes place in oak barrels using indigenous yeasts and bacteria for a total aging of 24 months. White Chardonnay Green gold with golden reflections Rich and floral with a beautiful maturity on very ripe yellow fruits and spices. The palate is beautifully rich with buttery notes and yellow fruits, acacia and hazelnut. The toasted notes associated with chalky chalky notes bring balance and length.
