Pinot Gris needs balance more than most. Cropped at the right level on our pristine Orange hillside, See Saw have produced a wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food.
This organic pinot gris was harvested in the cool of the night from two blocks, both at 700m – one was cane pruned and one vertical shoot pruned. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed immediately before being matured on lees for 3 months. Free run juice underwent malolactic fermentation adding texture and depth to the finished wine.
Pale straw with a light green, youthful hue. Fresh and lifted Granny Smith apple, pear, honeysuckle and spice. Fresh, crisp with hints of citrus and spice, complemented by mouth-watering fruit richness and long crisp finish.
Enjoy with seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
