Palmers Lane is such a stunning Vineyard to grow grapes and make wine from. With the vibes roots encompassed by limestone these wines are highly perfumed and gorgeously silky. A wine for all occasions. Delicious!
Tasting Notes
Fruit crushed into stainless steel fermenter and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain. Regular pump overs for colour and tannin extraction throughout fermentation before being pressed into French oak barriques
