The flagship wine of the Champagne house Bruno Paillard. A blend of more than 30 crus, it is a blend of Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (33%) and Pinot Meunier (22%) taken exclusively from the purest juice of the first pressings. 20% of this juice is fermented in barriques giving the wine an extra layer of complexity.
A incredible blend of 25 vintages of reserve wines going back to 1985 make up to 50% of the final blend. It is aged much longer than the legal requirements spending 3 years on lees, with an addition 5 months after disgorgement. The dosage is a low 6g/L.

James Suckling – A fine mineral layer on top of the subtle sourdough yeastiness, lemon zest and green apples. Fruity and delineated on the palate with generous, creamy beads and a flavorful finish. Quite approachable, but it ends dry. Disgorged in February 2022. Drink now. - Zekun Shuai, Senior Editor
