Cascina Clarabella is a cooperative that not only produces excellent organic sparkling wine. It is one of the successful examples of Social project. 60 Neurodivergent patients have the opportunity to work and live here, professionally cared for, largely integrated into a normal everyday life.
Satèn, which means "silky" in Italian, refers to a specific type of Franciacorta: a Blanc de Blancs made entirely of Chardonnay grapes that develops a particularly fine, supple perlage after at least 24 months in bottle. Aromas that are reminiscent of green apples and citrous fruits. Minerality is high, with subtle saline notes and a fine mousse finish that is fresh and crisp. 'Night in white satin,'
