Made from the ancient Bellone grape and crafted in the Metodo Classico (traditional method), Kori Brut is an elegant sparkling wine with roots that reach deep into Roman history. Grown on the volcanic slopes of Cori, Bellone brings minerality and complexity, while the secondary fermentation in bottle adds a creamy texture and fine mousse.
This is Lazio’s answer to Champagne — refined, expressive, and authentically Italian. In Ireland, where Prosecco often dominates, Kori Brut offers something rarer and more artisanal: a sparkling wine with character, heritage, and exceptional finesse.
