New Release: Defaix Chablis & Rully

Defaix’s wines balance generosity and classical restraint, which has become this producer's hallmark. Although much white Burgundy is priced increasingly out of reach for many, here are two top Domaines that prove it’s still possible to find beautifully crafted Burgundy at more down-to-earth levels. There is lovely drinking to be found here. The top wines will age well, starting to hit their peak in five years or so.
