James Halliday – Vegan friendly. A wine that calls for more time in bottle and a decant before broaching. Starts dense and taut, but as it relaxes it loosens up, revealing a cool elegance. Baked plum, red and blue berries with licorice notes, florals and spice slowly transform on the palate into a lightly savoury style, all the while maintaining an even keen of fine tannin and balanced oak.
