100% Falanghina grapes for a wine with great freshness and a pleasant flavor. This is the grape variety with the largest vineyard area in Campania, hence its great popularity. Ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with fish-based first and second courses.
The grapes were harvested in the second ten days of October. Soft pressing followed by cold static clarification. Alcoholic fermentation began after an initial racking and lasted approximately 30 days at a controlled temperature of 12°C (54°F). The wine was bottled the following spring.
