Chalou Dreaded Friend Viogner 2022
Tasting Notes: Orange blossom and vibrant citrus. The palate is light an fresh with lychee and crushed flowers.
Food: Prawn roll, with crème fraiche and herbs.
Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now
Soil: Ordovician material approximately 460million years old. It contains basic volcanic material; sandstone, siltstone breccia and conglomerate derived from basalt and andesite
Season: A Cool wet season. Vines were shoot thinned and leaf plucked to reduce disease pressure and keep canopies open and dry.
