This Tawny is extremely extraordinary and one-of-a-kind; it was meticulously crafted from 6 distinct parcels over time to produce a sophisticated and nuanced wine. The colouring, a rich tawny with shades of yellow, orange, and green, sets the tone. Lift the glass to your nose to detect hints of vanilla, butterscotch, toasted almonds, and coffee. Lift it to your tongue to experience crystalline dried fruits, a beautiful depth of sweetness, and a refined dry finish.
This rich, concentrated wine is phenomenal with fine cheeses, and dark chocolate.
