World Wine – Open-top fermented with a smatter of whole bunches; matured for 15 months in used French hogsheads. Vinified with the reverence such fruit deserves, from the bright colour to the cherry, plum and spice of the long and supple palate. The finish and aftertaste are positively fresh.
