Deep ruby in colour; Pinot Noir for easy afternoon drinking. Lifted aromas of red and blackcurrant, black cherry, and crushed strawberry. Those notes follow on the palate with blackberry, orange peel, savoury thyme, five-spice, vanilla pod, cured meats, and volcanic minerality. Soft, tannins, mouth filling body, and persistent acidity.
