This beautiful pale-pink color blend of Grenache Grenache blanc Viognier & Syrah is a refreshing and well-balanced rosé.
It offers a gorgeous mélange of upfront citrus bright spring flowers rhubarb and ripe strawberry aromas that are framed by hints of crisp mouthwatering saline notes finishing snappy and fresh. The red fruits are balanced by a crisp edge that will allow it to age for several months.
Ô de Rosé is a tribute to our singular terroir to the scenic grandeur of the local landscape and to the heartening Northern wind protecting our vineyards. It also reflects our wonder towards Languedoc a country of fragrance water wind bright lights and colors.
The vineyards are rooted in the foothills of the Massif Central and plateauing over breathtaking views of the nearing Pyrenees and waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine.
Harvested at daybreak – when night temps are still cooling the soils berries and foliage the grapes are gently pressed. Only the free-run juices are selected to preserve the radiance and brightness of the juice’s natural colors. The musts are macerated at very cold temperature for 24 to 36 hours and then transferred to stainless vessels for fermentation at a strictly controlled temperature.
