About this Wine

Strawberries and cream. That's what this dry, textural organic NSW pink tastes like. And calling it pink isn't right either - it's more of an orange colour. There's a lovely creamy edge (from barrel fermentation) here that makes it so much softer in style, and SO much easier to drink.

Pig In The House is made by Windowrie, the pioneering western NSW winery that has cleverly turned their whole world around to become a fully organic and minimal intervention producer with a whole swag of clever wines in their portfolio. Still run by the forward-thinking O'Dea family, this estate has the ultimate desire to 'live in a chemical-free, sustainable environment that reflect where we are and what we believe in'.
