Description

Crafted by the king of biodynamic and organic viticulture, James Millton, where everyone thought they were crazy to grow their grapes this way. As James says on his back label, “We’ve spent the last thirty-five years proving that they were right. Now it seems everybody wants to be crazy and that’s just what this planet needs”. Crazy by Nature, Sirius White, a serious play on words, is a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Marsanne.

Smells
Gorgeous aromas of summer evenings, white flowers, tree-ripened peaches and apricots with a hint of smoke.

Tastes
Darn good, those organic/biodynamically grown grapes make a difference, rich and oily palate structure that speaks of concentrated grapes, the warmth of Gisborne and an almost saltiness of oceans nearby. This screams for roasted pork belly. Will age 4-6 years but why wait, seriously.
