Winemaker for passion and cultural heritage is the company's owner, Lorenzo Nifo Sarrapochiello, who has opted to combine respect for tradition with scientific innovation in order to ensure the company's high quality levels, which have always been sought. Nifo grapes, in reality, have been farmed and handled using organic agricultural methods since 1998. Following manual harvest, the grapes are processed according to strict production rules that protect the environment and the consumer's health.
A straw yellow wine with scents of pear, banana, fragrant herbs, yellow blossoms, and sweet spices. The flavour is delicate and exquisite, with a long aftertaste. Perfect with fish fillets, white meats, and aged cheeses.
