This refined Calvados was aged in oak barrels before being matured in casks that previously contained Monbazillac, an exceptional sweet white wine with aromas of candied fruit, honey and acacia flowers. This final ageing process gives this Calvados a unique aromatic depth, blending traditional apple and pear flavours with hints of exotic fruits, honey and sweet spices.
