This unique Calvados has been carefully aged in oak barrels before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, a rich and generous wine with aromas of nuts, dried fruit and sweet spices. This final ageing process gives this Calvados an exceptional aromatic complexity, blending traditional notes of apple and pear with nuances of raisins, caramel and vanilla.
