We are excited to share with you a limited bottling of NULU™ that is truly special: NULU™ Maple Brulee. We start by using straight bourbon sourced from Indiana and rebarreling it into a maple brulee barrel. A maple brulee barrel is an ex-bourbon barrel that aged maple syrup, then is sent back to a cooperage. The cooperage brulees the wet maple-syrup barrel to caramelize the sugars in the oak, reconstructs the barrel and sends them to us. Secondary maturation in these maple brulee barrels is unmatched. Enjoy!
