We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Vinified from three separate parcels, picked several weeks apart & from three different vineyard blocks for diversity of flavours. The juices were highly clarified following pressing and cool fermented separately with several different strains of aromatic yeast. Post ferment the wines were racked off lees, stabilised and prepared for bottling.
