The Wine Front – You can buy with confidence. This hits the nail on the head. It’s fragrant, pretty, varietal and juicy. Drinkability as a result is writ large, though the wine’s fine/firm tannin structure suggests that it’s going nowhere in a hurry. Now or later. Strawberries, red cherries and assorted spice. Some tang but not in a sweet-sour way. Oak well in check. Dry finish with a bit of crackle and spice to it. Lovely.
James Halliday – Oak rears at first but it soon settles into fine drinking form. Stone fruit, custard apple and cream caramel characters burst confidently through the palate and on to the finish.

Paringa Estate wines hail from the iconic Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. This maritime region, with its temperate climate and varied soil compositions, is especially conducive for cultivating cooler climate varietals like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The cool breezes from the surrounding waters ensure a longer ripening period, enabling the grapes to develop complex flavors while retaining essential acidity. This combination of natural factors, together with Paringa Estate's sustainable vineyard practices, results in wines that are truly reflective of their origin.
