About this Wine

A Pinot Noir produced as part of a co operative with associations across southern France. A host of skilled winemakers and economies of scale create a great range of very drinkable and affordable wines.

The Cuvee Dissenay Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel to keep the freshness of the fruit. A percentage of the wine is aged in French Oak to produce silky tannins. There are intense black fruits on the nose with hints of vanilla and clove. The palate is vibrant and fresh with bright fruits and a hint of mocha.
