A refined and expressive Chardonnay from Westside Farms in the Russian River Valley, California. The 2023 vintage shows concentrated aromas and flavours of grilled peach, apricot, lemon custard, beeswax and bright citrus, supported by subtle floral and mineral notes. The palate is rich and textured yet balanced by fresh acidity, with a long, layered finish. It was fermented with native yeast and underwent full malolactic fermentation in barrel, followed by 20 months of ageing in 20% new French oak.
