Garofoli Macrina Verdicchio is a white wine produced in the Marche region of Italy.
This wine is made from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC production area, one of the most famous wine regions in the Marche region. The winery, Garofoli, is one of the oldest and most renowned in the area, founded in 1871.
Garofoli Macrina Verdicchio has a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights and an intense and complex aroma, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, wildflowers, and spices. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with good acidity and a pleasant savory finish.
The wine was produced using modern winemaking techniques and with the utmost attention to preserving the fruit's aroma and flavor. The grapes were hand-picked and carefully selected, then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel to preserve the wine's aroma and freshness. The wine was then aged in the bottle for several months before being released for sale.
