Bright, straw yellow in colour, gentle, pronounced aromas reminiscent of mature, yellow fruits. Harmonic and smooth on the palate, fresh and intense in the finish.
Gentle pressing followed by natural clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel at 20 degrees centigrade and matured sur lie before bottling.
As the Italian "Prendo" in the name of this cuvee would suggest, this Pinot Grigio is a delightful fresh wine that's ready to drink right now.
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and sits for a while on its lees before bottling, adding a little extra texture and interest.
It's made in a classic style, keeping things fresh, dry and easy going. Perfect as an aperitif.
