We aim to have all wines be vintage specific. In the case the listed vintage is out of stock and you note you would like that particular vintage, we will inform you via email for approval to go ahead.

How do I join?
Join here. Your first shipment will be sent within two business days. Follow-on deliveries are despatched from us (in Melbourne) on the 15th of the month. Depending where you live, your delivery will arrive a day or two after that.
Ongoing memberships are shipped until cancelled; you may cancel at any time prior to a shipment being sent.
During periods of hot weather (above 30 degrees), the Club shipment may be delayed to prevent heat damage.

Can I amend a specific delivery?
Although we cannot make changes to the contents of individual cases, we can make changes to your delivery requirements so long as you give us enough notice. The most common change is for people away on holidays: we'll send the delivery early or later as needs be. The other is as Christmas approaches: increase your order to be well supplied for wines over the Christmas holidays.
What payment options do I have for my Wine Club cases?
The Club will charge your credit card ahead of your case/s being sent.
Can I suspend or cancel my Wine Club subscription?
You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time.
If I particularly like a wine, can I order more of it?
Wine Club members may reorder any Wine Club wines as long as supplies last.
How do I change my address, credit card, etc?
