Winemaking and ageing: In 2021, the fruit was shortly macerated at low temperature before pressing and undergoing a low temperature fermentation. The wine than aged on the lees for a couple of months, prior to bottling.
Tasting notes: Captivating nose of bee wax, orange blossoms, lemon zest. Citrusy on the palate, with a lingering structure that sustains the aromatic and the aromatic finish
