The colour is a dense red. The delicate and slightly woody nose opens with peppery notes. The palate is fine and supple, spicy, with aromas of sour cherries and cooked fruits.
Appelation: Alsace AOP Age of vines: 50 years old
Vinification: hand-picked, fully destemmed, fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days, MLF in stainless steel vats
Elevage: 4 months in old oak barrels
Production: 4454 bottles Soil Type: Granite (Brand, Sommerberg, WineckSchlossberg), Limestone (Florimont, Pfœller), clay and marnogresous. Cépages: Pinot Noir
