Le Brun de Neuville Autolyse Blanc de Blancs NV

This Champagne presents a pale green-yellow dress enhanced with pale green-yellow hints. It is covered by fine and light bubbles offering a delicate crackling. The first nose reminds me of smells of brioche, chalk, raspberry, white pepper, lily, pistachio, lemon heart. When aerated, it turns to notes of almond paste, fresh mint and blanched almond. Further aeration reveals flavours of grilled hazelnut, a floral bouquet and iodized accents. The wine develops with a density of fleshy white fruit and citrus fruit, well enhanced by a tense acidity with lemony and aniseed tones. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a very pure chalky minerality which brings tactile dimension. The delicate return of fragrances of white and yellow flowers sustains the elegance and vinosity of this thoroughbred Champagne.
