Nectarine and grapefruit aromas mingled with subtle toasty oak, followed by fresh yet complex flavours and lengthy mineral cool climate acid. Try this Chardonnay with sage barbecued quail. Fresh white peach and light aromas of nuts. Zippy and refreshing acid , delicate , balanced texture
finishing on light toasty oak. 13.5% Alc.

Tasmanian Wine

The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.
