Pinot Gris with its small, cylindrical berries produces vigorous wines rich in extract, profound in flavour and with a vast amount of substance. A touch of salmon-pink hue shows its reddish skin grape origin. It has a pronounced bouquet and rich reminiscence of red apples and yellow apples and pears. Very dry, with lot of freshness, full-body and buttery texture. Do we dare to say it offers freshness of Pinot Grigio and lushness of Pinot Gris? A classic Pinot Gris from the region.
