About this Wine

Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, two great Burgundy winegrowers, combined their passion in 2008 to highlight the magnificent terroirs of Cazelles in the Minervois appellation. Anne Gros is a winegrower on the most beautiful hillsides of the Côte de Nuits (Echézeaux and Richebourg in particular). Jean Paul Tollot is present on the Côte de Beaune (Corton and Corton-Charlemagne). Magnificent terroirs that were not enough for the two winegrowers who challenged themselves to settle in the Minervois.

Here they apply the principles of Burgundian viticulture, favoring plots and the study of the terroirs. At the same time, they highlight the terroir and the grape varieties of the south of France for the best cuvées. Through their encounter and their know-how, they cultivate typical Languedoc grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan), and produce wines of very high quality.
