About this Wine

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples and strawberries linger on the refined acid structure. The grapes used for this sparkling are 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Matched perfectly to a dozen oystersand creamy chicken dishes.

Tasmanian Wine

The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.
