Bachelet-Monnot Bourgogne Blanc 2016
This superb Bourgogne Blanc is drawn from some seriously impressive terroir - 1.3 hectares of 20-50 year old vines in Puligny (spread across four parcels) and a plot of young vine Chassagne on chalky soil. This, combined with the quality of the viticulture, harvest date and confident, hands-off winemaking, gifts one of the best value white Burgundies in our portfolio. If you have been a fan of this wine in the past do not hesitate. For this level, the racy, textured 2016 is a delight.
In a mixed or straight case: $58.89
