Vermouth Bianco is a sweet vermouth made with fresh alpine herbs. Perfect as an aperitif or as a summer spitts adding a zest of lemon with soda over ice, or use to make a classic cocktail. Today Cappelletti is run by the 4th generation and their products remain focused on traditional use of herbs, roots and flowers.
