The winemaker recommends the Pinot Grigio Kellerei Kaltern 2025 for its extraordinary fragrance and intense minerality, a faithful expression of the Alto Adige DOC terroir surrounded by the Dolomites. With a clear color and excellent structure (13.5% ABV), this white wine releases enveloping fruity aromas of pineapple and Williams pear. On the palate, it is dry, powerful, and pleasantly persistent, with a typical bitterish finish. Ideal for offering a sip of pure optimism, it pairs well with shellfish, prosciutto, vegetarian or vegan dishes, and mountain cheeses . Serve at 10-12°C.
