100% pure Chardonnay for the best possible entry into the world of Enrico Gatti's Franciacorta. It is in fact a wonderfully fresh, elegant and fragrant sparkling wine. So delicate yet decisive in didactic expression of all the best characteristics of the typology. A classic method that remains on its yeasts for at least 18 months.
With a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of pineapple, almonds, citrus fruits and toasted bread. Fresh, perfectly balanced and very pleasant. A savory note accompanies it to a slightly fruity, very elegant finish. Perfect both as an aperitif and to accompany a large fish dinner.
