About this Wine

Obtained from the soft pressing of 100% Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located in the hilly area of Erbusco, this Franciacorta Rosé by Enrico Gatti owes its wonderful color to a short maceration on the skins. At least 25 months of aging on the yeasts allow the very subtle verticality of Pinot Noir to be perfectly expressed and confirm Enrico Gatti's great ability to have understood that fresh, refined and tasty soul that underlies the Franciacorta area.

Delicate coppery pink with fine and persistent bubbles, it has a fragrant nose of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and blood orange peel, then brioche with berries and mineral nuances. Tasting with good structure, it is savory, fresh, extremely balanced and pierced by a subtle effervescence. The finish of bread crust and wild strawberries is delicious and crunchy.
