In this 2019 vintage, Château Chasse Spleen presents a remarkable finesse. It's a great vintage that can stay in your cellar for many years... if you know how to wait!
To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, typical Médoc, associated with a good length and freshness. The wine is long, full with ripe tannins.
This great Moulis wine will delight lovers of charming Médoc wines. A beautiful bottle that will be enjoyed today and for many years to come.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle for at least 2 hours, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats, your cheeses, why not a good dish of fresh lobster pasta
