Pur Plaisir 2016 - A great Malbec of Cahors, cut for long years of guarding. Pure pleasure, pure power and pure elegance. Structured with finesse by silky tannins, it is a rich and round wine, almost fat. Exuberant and harmonious, all the elements that make up its taste seem to be in place. Its bouquet is opulent and generous, showing a multitude of black and red fruits walls and stewed, spices such as wild pepper and cinnamon, but also smoky notes, ground coriander and a hint of nutmeg. To be enjoyed now on oriental duck legs, a roast beef crust, a wild boar stew.
