Clos Guillot is made from a long parcel located on the south-south-east facing limestone slope, with high levels of clay higher up and yellow tufa lower down. With a refinement rarely found, it has aromas of sour cherry and black fruits, sometimes lending a gentle Pinot Noir flavour to this iconic wine. This Clos Guillot vintage from Bernard Baudry is heady for its floral complexity, notes of ripe raspberry, graphite and wild plants. Its silky structure has a rich vibrancy in this vintage, leading to a breathtaking hint of limestone. A wine with a breathtaking finish!
